Refund policy

 If your stove arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. If you change your mind after purchase, you have 14 days to contact us. Due to the size and weight of our stoves, returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15 percent and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you completely satisfied with your purchase
