Delivery of your stove

We offer free UK mainland delivery on all stoves, with an expected delivery time of 3–4 working days.

A Love My Burner representative will contact you to arrange your delivery.

Stoves are delivered outside as large, heavy palletised goods using a pallet truck. The pallet truck requires a suitable hard surface and cannot travel over gravel or other unsuitable surfaces.

The driver will help position the pallet as far as is reasonably and safely possible within the limitations of the delivery equipment and access available. Delivery does not include taking the stove inside your home. Where suitable hard, level access is available, the driver may be able to position the pallet in an accessible garage or similar location.

When we contact you to arrange delivery, please tell us about anything that could affect access, including narrow roads, restricted vehicle access, steep approaches, gravel, gates, obstructions or other potential hazards.

Please ensure somebody is available for the agreed delivery. If an arranged delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available, or because suitable access is not possible, a redelivery charge may apply. We will consider the circumstances and discuss any applicable charge with you before redelivery is arranged.

Delivery outside UK mainland

Northern Ireland is outside our free UK mainland delivery offer. For delivery to Northern Ireland or another address outside UK mainland, please contact us at contact@love-my-burner.co.uk before ordering so that we can confirm availability, arrangements and any applicable delivery charge.

Damaged deliveries

If your stove appears damaged, please contact Love My Burner as soon as possible at contact@love-my-burner.co.uk. We will normally ask for photographs so we can assess the issue quickly and advise you on the next steps.

Depending on the circumstances, the appropriate solution may include replacement parts or, where necessary, replacement of the stove. We will work with you to reach a fair and prompt resolution.

Reporting delivery damage promptly helps us deal with the carrier and supplier, but does not affect your statutory rights.
